Update (2023-03-17):
Build Green Now has encouraged entrepreneurship in New York. By collaborating with the Ulster County Legislators, we can identify 23 business that can emerge from loan to a project that is actually an investment in all our our Villages, Towns and Cities.
A primary goal of this collaboration is the use some of the revenue surplus and America Rescue Plan Fund and other appropriate reserves to fund this project. We can discuss details in committee.

New collaborations lead to license agreements, which lead to new products/services and taxable revenue
Recommendation for Approval. This mean Hemp-Lime can be used as part of a wall assembly in residential properties. This is what we have already completed in Kingston (a hempcrete retrofit).
The New York Industrial Hemp Exploratory Committee completed New York's first Hemp-Lime retrofit and taught the first hemp-lime training classes in NY.
After serving as President of the US Hemp Building Associating, the Build Green Now team has a sharp focus on New York and see an amazing opportunity developing because of the community that is learning to fight for the future they prefer.
The leaders we are talking will all agree that our state will benefit from accelerating the opening of a hemp processing facility. I can take this one step farther, every time I have shared this with a young person they are inspired to share their vision of what they would do if that happened.
